When we build an instrument, we don't work from a mere aesthetic level, but rather on what is most important: the musician. This is why Jose Ramos works directly with the musicians, before and during the creative process. As far as repairs are concerned, we are very meticulous. The musician does not always know exacly what is wrong with his instrument. He knows what the pronlem is, but might know know "where".
